Air Conditioning Compressor Motor Winding Machine

This equipment is an air conditioning compressor motor winding machine. The winding jig is supplied from the conveyor line pallet. The robot automatically grabs the winding jig for loading/unloading. It adopts the vertical core winding method and the three spindles perform winding simultaneously. During the winding process, each axis cooperates with each other to complete the wire arrangement and wire passing. When passing the wire, it is automatically pressed, and the end wire is automatically cut off. All three groups of wires can be identified and traced, and a servo tensioner is configured to control the winding. Wire tension (adjustable) provides stable tension control and tension monitoring during winding, and has a wire break alarm function. It is compatible with stator products with wire diameters of φ0.7-φ1.2mm. The equipment structure is flexible and modular. The unique design allows the equipment to realize stator winding with different wire diameters, stator outer diameters and stack thicknesses. It has a wide compatibility range, is convenient for model change, and is also conducive to later maintenance.
