8000A Inner Stator Winding Machine

The motor stator inner winding machine is controlled by Panasonic PLC. The X, Y, Z, and S axes cooperate with terminal winding and wire passing. The S, Z, and X axes cooperate with automatic winding and automatic cable arrangement. The standard configuration ensures that the thread ends, wire tails and passing wires are on the same side of the stator. A 45° mechanism is optional, so that the thread ends, wire tails and passing wires are on different sides of the stator. The thread ends and thread tails can be wrapped directly onto the terminal, or the thread ends and thread tails can be left. To switch products, you only need to replace the component holder and call the corresponding program. Suitable for single-slot stator inner winding products, optional safety grating, pneumatic scissors, servo tension systems, etc.
