Brushless Motor Rotor Assembly Line

The brushless motor rotor assembly line is highly automated and intelligent. It is equipped with an MES system and uses product QR codes to realize dynamic information on production status, production scheduling, material distribution, and process parameters (including pressure, displacement, performance parameters, appearance, etc.) ), statistical analysis of production quality data, equipment operating status and maintenance management, and factory information management of quality traceability systems. The line is mainly composed of processes such as rotor shaft coding, iron core pressing, cleaning, magnetization and magnetic flux measurement, and bearing press-fitting. Materials are transported using a belt conveyor line.
