The automotive compressor stator and rotor automatic assembly line consists of the following key processes in the stator assembly section: stator core loading, laser marking, insulation paper insertion, insulation removing, soldering, terminal pressing, performance testing, etc. The rotor assembly section includes processes such as rotor core loading, rivet assembly, laser marking & scanning, magnet assembly, spin riveting, inspection & dust removal. According to customer requirements, each piece of equipment operates relatively independently, and space for upgrades and modifications is reserved in the design.
