A.Commutator Assembly Machine
Precise Oiling & CCD Inspection: The machine features an automatic oiling system equipped with CCD inspection technology, ensuring the even application of oil on the rotor and guaranteeing the quality of the process through visual inspection.
Positioning and Assembly: The commutator is automatically fed via a vibration bowl and aligned with the rotor to ensure consistent orientation. The precise insertion using a servo cylinder, along with pressure and displacement monitoring, ensures the accuracy and reliability of the assembly. After assembly, the height of the commutator is automatically measured to further ensure the consistency of product quality.
B.Adhesive Baking Machine
Efficient Conveyance System: A chain-driven circular conveyance mechanism is used to ensure stable movement of the rotor during the baking process, effectively improving production efficiency and the continuity of operations.
Heating and Temperature Control: The heating zone is designed to meet the insulation time requirements of the product, ensuring the even curing of the adhesive on the rotor. An advanced PID control system is employed to ensure precision and stability during the heating process.
Product Cooling: The cooling section is equipped with a forced air cooling system, which rapidly reduces the rotor's temperature, preparing it for subsequent processes or packaging.
C.Spot Welding Machine
Automated Recognition and Loading: Upon entering the machine, the rotor's code is quickly recognized by an automatic reading system, ensuring the accuracy of the production process. The mechanical arm picks up the rotor for automated loading, enhancing production efficiency.
Automated Spot Welding: The spot welding machine uses automated spot welding technology to ensure the precision and consistency of each weld point.
Automated Cooling: After welding, the rotor is automatically grabbed by a mechanical arm and moved to a cooling station to ensure the stability and durability of the weld points.
Performance Testing and Defective Product Removal & Re-entry: After cooling, the product undergoes automatic performance and electrical testing to ensure that the welding quality meets standards. Products that fail the inspection are automatically removed, and a rework area for defective products is set up, providing a channel for reprocessing.
D.Precision Turning & Deburring Machine
Conductivity Test: An automatic rotor conductivity test is performed before the precision turning process to ensure the rotor’s electrical performance meets standards, providing quality assurance for the precision turning process.
Automatic Precision Turning: The precision turning process uses high-precision equipment to ensure the accuracy of the rotor's dimensions and shape, meeting the requirements for precision machining.
Copper Sanding & Deburring: The copper sanding process removes burrs and impurities from the rotor surface, followed by a deburring process to further enhance the surface smoothness. A copper sand detection mechanism is then used to ensure no residue remains on the rotor surface after deburring, ensuring product quality meets standards and cleanliness requirements.
E.Insulation Testing & Magnetizing Machine
Insulation Testing & Dust Removal: Robotic arms precisely grip motor components and automatically conduct insulation performance tests to ensure reliable test results. Dust removal before magnetizing provides a good environment for the magnetizing process, ensuring the effectiveness of magnetization.
Magnetizing & Flux Detection: A one-piece magnetizing head is used for simultaneous magnetizing and flux detection, ensuring the stability and reliability of the magnetizing effect.
Defective Product Removal: Products that fail tests or magnetizing are automatically removed to a designated area for defective products, ensuring the quality and consistency of the final products.
F.Motor Riveting & Comprehensive Inspection Machine
Precise Positioning & Automatic Riveting: Mechanical arms automatically grip motor components and position them at the riveting station. The use of automatic riveting technology with electric cylinders ensures the precision and consistency of the riveting process, improving the quality and production efficiency of riveting.
Inspection Mechanism: The machine conducts a virtual position test on motor components and uses a CCD visual inspection system to inspect thread holes, ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.
