The complete set of mechanisms or devices that enable the steering wheels to deflect and achieve car steering is called the car steering system. The main function of the car steering is to control the direction of the car’s travel according to the driver’s will.
As an important subsystem of the car chassis system, the performance of the steering system directly affects the car’s handling stability, driving comfort, and driving safety. 1.Bearing Riveting Machine
In this link, a high-precision servo press and pressure displacement sensor are configured to achieve precise pressing of bearings, and an advanced visual inspection system is used to ensure the quality of each riveting point. Qualified products are then released.
2.Magnetic Shield Installation Machine
In the glue application process, the dispensing head automatically descends and applies glue to the inner circle of the end cover. Subsequently, the magnetic shield is loaded onto the upper press mold, and the end cover is loaded onto the lower press mold. The visual photography inspection checks the glue application effect of the end cover, and qualified products directly flow back to the press working position. The servo press automatically presses the magnetic shield into the end cover, ensuring a perfect fit between the magnetic shield and the end cover, improving the product’s sealing and durability.
3.End Cover Assembly Machine
In this process, the machine automatically performs oiling and pressing work and is equipped with a visual photography system to check whether the wave pad is missing, ensuring the precise installation of components. In addition, a pressure displacement monitoring device is used to detect the pressing force and size of the rotor, thereby improving the operational efficiency and reliability of the motor.
4.Motor Assembly Machine
Integrated with high-frequency heating, cooling air ducts, and servo pressing technology, monitored by pressure displacement sensors, to ensure the perfect assembly of motor components, and through an automatic inspection system to ensure the accuracy of pressing size and assembly angle.
5.Comprehensive Quality Inspection and Assembly
Our production line is equipped with a series of advanced inspection equipment, including but not limited to:
A.Motor Performance Tester: This ensures the insulation and safety performance of the motor under high voltage conditions.
B.No-load Performance Tester: It tests the cogging torque and friction torque of the motor to evaluate its performance under no-load conditions.
C.Air Tightness Tester: This tests the sealing performance of the motor to ensure normal operation in various environments.
D.Comprehensive Dimensional Inspection Machine: 2D camera to determine dimensional accuracy and position, laser line scanning to determine measurement height, and displacement sensors to detect the depth of pin holes.
