Honest Automation Strengthens Its Commitment to Talent Development

Recently, Honest Automation officially launched its 10th Graduate Reserve Cadre Training Camp. As a key initiative in the company’s talent development strategy, this year’s program brought together senior management, HR leaders, and all reserve cadres to jointly kick off the systematic training plan for young talents.

A decade of dedicated effort has borne remarkable results in talent development. Since launching the Graduate Reserve Cadre Training Program, Honest Automation has established an efficient talent development and growth pathway. Alumni from previous cohorts have quickly become technical backbones and project leaders, spearheading numerous process optimization, intelligent assembly improvements, and R&D collaboration projects. Their contributions have not only earned high recognition from clients but have also effectively enhanced the quality and efficiency of the company’s motor intelligent assembly R&D and manufacturing operations.

 

These tangible growth pathways and career achievements are a testament to Honest Automation’s talent philosophy of genuine investment, dedicated development, and meaningful returns.

 

For this reason, the company provides each young talent with full trust and ample opportunities for growth. Prior to the launch of this year’s training camp, participants had already begun their empowerment journey through the company’s self-built online platform, Cool Academy. During the opening ceremony, the company specially recognized those who had demonstrated outstanding performance in the preliminary learning phase.

The Diligent Learning Award is presented to participants who rank at the top in study hours and course completion, recognizing their discipline and perseverance.

 

The Outstanding Achievement Award focuses on applied learning, honoring those who transform course knowledge into improvement proposals, practical solutions, or team collaboration outcomes.

This segment not only recognized the participants’ proactive learning and enterprising spirit but also fostered a culture of learning to inspire thinking and learning to drive action.

Additionally, the company has invited key leaders—including the General Manager, HR & Administration Manager, and Division Directors—to form an elite mentorship team, personally guiding the participants. By sharing cutting-edge industry insights, valuable hands-on experience, and personalized career guidance, the program helps participants rapidly develop a strategic, macro-level perspective, master the underlying logic for solving complex business challenges, and smoothly transition from campus to the workplace—laying a solid foundation for becoming versatile management talents capable of independent leadership in the future.

 

To ensure the empowerment objectives and the effectiveness of talent development, this training camp adopts an integrated approach combining theoretical learning, on-the-job rotations, mentorship, and project-based practice. This training model comprehensively covers the following core dimensions:

 

(1) Lean Production Management: Learn how to optimize production processes by reducing costs and improving efficiency. Through case studies and simulation exercises, participants develop the ability to identify problems and formulate improvement plans.

 

(2) Project Execution Methodology: Covers the full lifecycle of project management, from planning to execution, including time and risk management. Participants learn how to effectively organize resources, control progress and quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.


(3) Cross-Department Collaboration: Through case discussions and role-playing exercises, participants gain insights into effective interdepartmental cooperation and its importance, enhancing teamwork and communication skills.

 

(4) Professional Competencies: Covers professional ethics, workplace etiquette, and related topics, helping participants establish proper professional values and mindset, while improving adaptability and competitiveness in the workplace.

 

Building on this foundation, each trainee will rotate through key business units — including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain — over the coming months. Through hands-on experience in real-world settings, they will gain a deeper understanding of business operations, identify issues, and actively participate in improvement initiatives, thereby enhancing their overall practical capabilities.

At the same time, the training camp will assign practical project tasks, encouraging trainees to work in teams and take on real improvement projects. This approach enables them not only to learn knowledge but also to create value — not just to complete tasks, but to deliver tangible results. Through the philosophy of learning by doing and reflecting while learning, participants will make the leap from executors to true problem solvers.
