Humanoid Robot Actuator Motor Stator Assembly Line Solution

Stator Winding

 

The stator core of the block stator winding machine rotates with the winding, and the servo motor drives the fixture assembly to rotate to achieve precise wire hanging, wire arrangement and winding. By adjusting the tension, checking whether there is wire jamming at the wire passing point, and whether the wire passing wheel and anti-jump device are worn, the stator can be effectively prevented from breaking during the winding process.

 

Rounding and Laser Welding

 

The stator core is placed in the circular jig one by one, and the pressure cylinder is used to press the core into the welding jig. During the pressing process, the pressure sensor monitors the change of the pressing pressure to ensure that the full circle pressure head accurately covers the welding jig. At the same time, the jig is moved from the transfer platform to the welding, and the servo cooperates with the rotation and pole change during the welding process so that the stator position during the welding process can be accurately controlled to ensure the quality of the welding process.

 

PCBA assembly

 

The stator is placed in the position of the whole line, and the cylinder is used to shape the lead to ensure that the lead is neat and easy to install PCBA. At the same time, a soldering machine is configured to solder the stator lead and PCBA to ensure the reliability of electrical connection. During the welding process, the soldering machine achieves the perfect fusion of the welding points through precise temperature control, tin feeding speed and pressure adjustment of the pressure head. The indexing motor cooperates to enable the stator to rotate evenly, ensuring that each welding point can be fully processed.

 

Stator Heat Sleeve

 

In the motor stator shrink-fit and blanking production line, the casing is heated to the set temperature through high frequency, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature and exhausts smoke in real time. The casing is pressed into the stator through the servo, and the pressure of the press fitting is detected. The press fitting ends after the set time. After the cooling blowpipe lowers the motor to the set temperature, the fixture is moved to the discharge, ensuring the precise assembly of the stator and casing.
