The automotive power seat recliner motor production line consists of four parts: rotor assembly section, shell assembly section, motor assembly section, and end cover assembly section. The rotor assembly section, shell assembly section, and motor assembly section equipment form a U-shaped layout, and are transported using a transport pallet+conveyor line method. Mainly completing processes such as rotor manufacturing (wire winding, spot welding, precision turning, weight balancing, performance testing), stator manufacturing (bearing gasket assembly, magnet assembly, magnetization and dust suction), motor assembly (rotor assembly, shell assembly, end cover assembly, and gear box assembly, performance testing), etc.
