Our motor assembly lines are designed for different production volumes and automation requirements. With highly automated solutions, a complete motor assembly line can achieve a cycle time of as fast as 2 seconds per finished motor and support the assembly of more than 40 motor models. Depending on production needs, the line can be operated with only 1–2 operators for material loading and unloading. HONEST Automation also provides integrated data acquisition and MES systems for real-time production monitoring and execution management.
