The X Pin stator production line is designed for fully automated manufacturing of EV motor stators. It supports flexible wire-forming systems, compatible with up to 6 parallel wires and 12-layer stator structures. The modular production design allows multi-model adaptability and ensures continuous operation—when one station fails, other equipment can continue production without interruption.
With lower equipment investment compared to traditional Hairpin stator assembly lines, the X-pin automation solution reduces production cost while maintaining high performance and manufacturing stability.
