This double flying fork rotor production line is 3-4 times more efficient than the double flying fork winding equipment currently on the market. It is fully automatic loading and unloading. It only needs one person to operate. The equipment has a compact design, a small footprint, and reasonable use of space.It consists of stator core loading, winding, spot welding, finish turning, testing, unloading and other processes.
4-station flying fork winding and 4-station loading and unloading at the same time fast automatic processing of wire head and wire tail. The winding copper wire is zero waste and the defective rate is controlled at 5%.

Traceable origin and type marking of rotor winding.

Spot welding adopts single-point spot welding, pressure monitoring, and can set the electrode service life measurement.

The armature air-cooling mechanism can quickly and smoothly reduce the welding temperature to normal temperature.

The commutator step difference after finish turning is ≦0.005mm. The armature tester can be specified by the customer.
