SG Damping Regulator Stepper Motor Assembly Line
The SG damping regulator stepper motor assembly line is used to produce non front/rear damping regulating valves. There is no front/rear damping regulating valve for suspension shock absorption, improving the comfort of driving and riding the entire vehicle. Each suspension control accumulator assembly is equipped with a damping force control actuator. This actuator consists of a 16 step stepper motor, a threaded mechanism (converting rotational motion into linear motion), a spool valve, a soft damping force valve, and a hard damping force valve. The actuator receives signals from the suspension control ECU and changes the flow path through the spool valve. The volume of the fluid passing through this actuator will be changed, thereby controlling the damping force (16 steps). It is mainly divided into processes such as incoming material inspection, rotor gluing, visual inspection, magnetic ring heating and curing, casing cleaning, rotor assembly, base and magnetic ring component assembly, scanning+airtightness testing, packaging and warehousing.
