Hairpin Stator Line Varnish Impregnation Equipment

The varnish dispensing equipment for the new energy hairpin stator assembly line is equipped with a rotating and tilting function in its dispensing process, allowing the dispensing head to be freely adjusted within a 0–90° angle range. This design greatly meets the requirements of multi-angle segmented varnish dispensing processes.

Meanwhile, the equipment features a high-frequency heating function that provides real-time temperature compensation during dispensing. It can also complete varnish dispensing and gel curing in a standalone operation. This ensures that the varnish flows and cures under optimal temperature conditions.
