To comprehend the perspectives and integrate the work and life experiences of our new employees, HONEST Intelligent organized the first New Employee Symposium on April 28, 2024. The initiative aimed to listen to their thoughts, clarify any confusion, help them fit into the new environment, and thus promote HONEST development better.
The symposium was held by the Human Resources Department and director Liang from the Second R&D Department, along with recruitment specialists Tan and Lu, and 23 newcomers from March attended the event.
The event was hosted by Tan, who began by extending a warm welcome and expressing sincere gratitude to the new employees on behalf of Shenzhen HONEST.
Then, she introduced that the purpose was to help newcomers know and integrate into HONEST Intelligent faster and better. What’s more, sharing thoughts and feelings enhances their sense of team spirit and unity among the new employees.
During the symposium, Director Liang shared his career experience, using his own experience as an example, and encouraged new employees to face challenges bravely, continue to learn and improve their professional knowledge, improve business capabilities, make periodic summaries at work, and constantly strive to improve themselves, while balancing work and life.
The session concluded with a Q&A segment where the new employees actively engaged with Director Liang, seeking insights into various aspects of work and life. His thoughtful responses aimed to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate their new roles.
The symposium marked more than just an introduction for our new employees, it was also a testament to HONEST Intelligent’s commitment to valuing and investing in our people.
