This event is the most significant international platform and hot spot for industrial transformation. Transportation to Reach Hannover Exhibition Center:
A. Flight Plan - Upon arrival at Hannover Airport
Take the Suburban Railway S5 from Terminals B and C to “Hannover Hauptbahnhof” (Hannover Central Station), then transfer to subway/train line 8/18 to the destination station “Messe/Nord” (i.e. Messe North entrance of the exhibition hall).
B. Traveling by train - after arriving at Hannover train station
Tram: Take tram number 8/18 from “Hannover Hauptbahnhof” (Hannover Central Station) to the destination station “Messe/Nord” (i.e. the north entrance of the exhibition hall).
C. Local transportation - Self Drive
Several highways are accessible to the exhibition center (A7, A2, etc). For more detailed routes, please log in to https://www.gfv-messe.de/en-gb/arrival.
D. Local Transport - Public Transport
The exhibition grounds can be reached by tram line/metro/suburban railway from the city center or by bus from the south.
Tram line 8/18 - Messe/NORD entrance;
Tram line 6/16 - Messe/OST entrance;
Bus NO. 340/341 - The destination station Exhibition Grounds Stop Gutenbergstraße (south entrance), and the destination station Hannover Messe/Laatzen (West entrance).
Please note that Hannover has an official “Emission Zone” indicated by the “Umwelt-zone” sign. Only vehicles that meet some of the minimum emission requirements are allowed to enter, and to demonstrate compliance, each vehicle must have an official permit on its windscreen.
