HONEST Automation Successfully Concludes the 10th Management Trainee Development Program

In early June, the 10th Management Trainee Training Program, which lasted seven months, successfully came to a close. This graduation event was not only the completion of an internal training initiative, but also a formal commitment to external delivery: over seven months, HONEST Automation provided each member who is about to step into customer-facing roles with systematic preparation from theory to hands-on practice.

At the beginning of the ceremony, trainee representatives delivered group project presentations. Each team focused on real business topics undertaken during the program, comprehensively demonstrating their learning outcomes and practical achievements over the past months, from problem identification and analytical approaches to proposed solutions.

 

During the certificate-awarding and recognition session, all trainees who completed the full curriculum and passed the assessment were awarded completion certificates. At the same time, outstanding individuals were recognized with special honors. Awards, including “Organization Star,” “Action Star,” and “Outstanding Trainee,” were presented one by one.

Behind these honors lies the accumulation of every moment of focused learning in class, every carefully refined assignment, and every hands-on practical engagement over the past seven months.

 

Subsequently, department heads provided individual feedback on each trainee’s performance based on real job responsibilities. They recognized the participants’ growth and breakthroughs, while also clearly outlining their future development directions and performance expectations in upcoming on-the-job practice.

 

This guidance from frontline leaders gave the trainees a clearer understanding of their upcoming roles and helped them make more concrete preparations for formally stepping into their positions.

Finally, in his closing remarks, General Manager Mr. Zhou reviewed the development journey of the training program over the past decade. From the first cohort to the tenth, the company has continuously invested in and refined the program. Many alumni from previous cohorts have since grown into key technical experts and core project leaders within the company.

 

He also shared three expectations for the 10th cohort of trainees: to maintain a strong learning mindset, to be courageous in taking responsibility, and to fully integrate into HONEST Automation’s corporate culture.

The 10th Training Camp continues HONEST Automation’s mature talent development system, built and refined over many years. It adopts a “systematic theoretical learning + phased assessment and validation” model, enabling new employees to smoothly transition from campus to workplace, and to reshape their capabilities from theory to real-world practice.

 

First, a complete knowledge map is established. The training content covers multiple dimensions, including lean production theory, project management methodologies, quality control systems, equipment process principles, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.

 

Second, phased assessments are implemented with consistent standards. During the program, multiple rounds of staged evaluations are conducted, covering theoretical understanding, case analysis, and scenario-based judgment.

 

Third, emphasis is placed on output capability. In addition to lectures and exams, trainees are required to complete thematic research reports and solution presentations, transforming input into output. In this process, they are strengthened in their ability to convert theoretical knowledge into executable solutions.

 

Beyond classroom learning, each trainee was also assigned to real frontline scenarios, where they gained a deeper understanding of business processes, identified practical challenges, and participated in on-site improvement activities. This enabled them to make the leap from “learning knowledge” to “creating value through application.”

 

Throughout the program, a mentor system remained in place. A mentorship team composed of the General Manager and directors from each business division provided personalized guidance and career direction, helping trainees avoid detours and accelerate their development.

 

From the first cohort to the tenth, HONEST Automation has never stopped investing in talent development.
