After securing a new customer, it is necessary to procure equipment for the production of hairpin motor stators in order to increase production capacity.

In 2026, Honest Automation delivered a hairpin stator assembly line to the customer’s factory in the United States.
The hairpin motor assembly line includes a wire forming machine, stator core loading, slot insulation paper insertion, manual wire insertion, wire pressing into the stator, wire twisting and forming, spot welding machine, comprehensive testing system, and dimensional inspection.
In June 2024, the customer’s factory in China previously purchased a segmented stator assembly line for commercial vehicle water pump motors from Honest Automation. After delivery, the line was quickly and stably put into production, and the motor stators consistently met the customer’s requirements in both quality and output. The customer was highly satisfied.
After learning that we also provide hairpin motor assembly lines for new energy vehicles, supported by extensive project experience and mature technology, the customer introduced us to their U.S. factory project.
During the production and delivery phase, the customer’s U.S. technical team visited our factory in person, holding on-site meetings and closely monitoring the installation and commissioning of the production line. Our Business Director and technical experts provided patient, full-process support and detailed explanations throughout.
Key Equipment Features of the Hairpin Motor Assembly Line:
The equipment is compatible with six different wire types and can automatically cycle between them to produce different wire configurations.
For slot insulation paper, we have added a drying oven to maintain consistent thickness and moisture levels, a process that most of the market is currently unable to achieve.
To address the challenges at the spot welding station, we have implemented a solution through manual intervention and specialized treatment methods.
