On April 15, 2024, a group of students from the Industrial Design Department of the School of Art and Design of Wuhan University of Science and Technology visited HONEST Intelligent for a study tour. Led by Mr.Luo, the HR Manager at HONEST Intelligent Equipments, the study tour was arranged to provide students with a platform that combines theory and practice to gain an opportunity for a deeper understanding of intelligent equipment manufacturing and process.
Wuhan University of Science and Technology, as a university jointly established by the Hubei Provincial People’s Government and the Ministry of Education, has been committed to cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. HONEST Intelligent, as a leading company in the field of intelligent motor equipment manufacturing, has been dedicated to the close integration of education and practice. The study tour aimed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
Led by Mr.Luo, the students began the tour at the state-of-the-art workshop, where they observed the efficiency and precision of the intelligent production processes, which enhanced their understanding of intelligent equipment manufacturing.
Following the workshop tour, the “HONEST Intelligent Overview Meeting” was held in the meeting room, where Mr.Luo elaborated on the company's journey, organizational structure, career development pathways, honors, and an overview of clients and partners. Additionally, he shed light on the future trends of the assembly automation industry, further enriching their understanding of HONEST Intelligent Equipments and the wider intelligent equipment industry.
At last, the accompanying teacher offered a summary that acknowledged HONEST HLS’s capabilities in technological innovation and provided some employment advice for the students. He encouraged students to understand the market environment and to make career choices that align with their expertise and interests.
