During the implementation of a previous motor assembly line project, technical challenges arose during the commissioning phase. Honest Automation’s service team responded immediately, with engineers working continuously until late at night to thoroughly inspect and optimize equipment operation status, process parameters, and system logic. As a result, the production line was successfully commissioned and entered stable mass production.
Subsequently, during the production line relocation, Honest Automation’s technical personnel promptly provided on-site support, assisting the customer with equipment reinstallation, debugging, and validation. This effectively minimized the impact of relocation on production rhythm and delivery schedules.
