When Projects Get Complicated, Support Matters

On October 14, 2026, HONEST Automation received a Certificate of Appreciation from an Indian automotive manufacturer for our support during an EPS BLDC motor manufacturing line project.
The project involved several challenges, from material shortages and design issues to coordination with a customer-nominated testing equipment supplier. Our own equipment also required attention, while visa restrictions prevented the customer's team from travelling to China for on-site acceptance.
Throughout the process, our team stayed engaged, worked closely with the customer and other parties, and focused on addressing issues rather than passing the responsibility elsewhere.
The customer's Chairman personally presented the certificate during our team's visit. The unexpected recognition was a welcome reminder that, in manufacturing automation, how a team responds to challenges can matter just as much as the equipment it delivers.
